1. Nature of Services (Educational & IT Consulting) Informed Professional FZE LLC (trading as UAE Bitcoin Decision) provides Do-It-With-You technical education and IT architecture consulting. Our services are strictly limited to providing blueprints, security modeling, and technical guidance on cryptographic self-custody frameworks.
2. Zero Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice We are an IT consulting firm, not a licensed financial institution, investment advisor, or law firm. No information provided during our assessments, emails, or private consultations constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. We do not guarantee, suggest, or imply any financial returns or wealth generation. Clients are solely responsible for verifying that their estate transitions and architectural plans comply with their local jurisdictional laws.
3. Zero Trust Protocol (No Custody) UAE Bitcoin Decision operates under a strict Zero Trust Protocol. We never take custody of client funds. We will never ask you to reveal, transmit, or expose your private keys, master seed words, or hardware passphrases.
4. Client Responsibilities & Assumption of Risk The execution of cryptographic self-custody inherently involves personal operational responsibility. While we provide robust technical blueprints utilizing established open-source coordinators and hardware signing devices, the client assumes full responsibility for the physical and digital security of their hardware, nodes, and backups. Informed Professional FZE LLC is not liable for any loss of digital assets resulting from client operational error, hardware failure, lost credentials, or targeted physical or digital attacks.
5. Intellectual Property All custom architectural maps, operational runbooks, and educational materials provided by UAE Bitcoin Decision remain the intellectual property of Informed Professional FZE LLC. They are provided exclusively for your personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold to third parties without our prior written consent.
6. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the freezone jurisdiction in which Informed Professional FZE LLC is registered. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.
